Benefit-Cost Analysis Calculator and Benefits Report
Excel-based calculator for determining the benefits and costs of Smart Surface implementation at a project scale. The tool uses the benefit-cost assumptions from SSC’s BCA web tool, enabling the user to model the impacts of trees, cool roofs, solar PV, cool pavement, permeable pavement, and bioretention in their project. The files below also contain a pre-formatted Word document that automatically populates with project parameters and benefits. This report can be generated with the click of a single button within the excel file.
