Jacob Miller

Project Manager

Jacob is a Project Manager for the Smart Surfaces Coalition where he collaborates with experts across a wide range of areas and industries to accelerate the adoption of Smart Surfaces through public policy, community organizing and education, and economic analysis.

Jacob brings a multidisciplinary background to the team — prior to joining SSC, Jacob was the Senior Producer & Managing Editor of Pricing Nature, a podcast about climate policy and carbon pricing. He also has a background in photovoltaic physics and conducted research on novel semiconductor materials for electrochemical hydrogen peroxide production at Yale’s Energy Sciences Institute.

He holds a B.S. in Applied Physics with a certificate in Energy Studies from Yale University.
