project Coordinator

Caroline Wiygul is a Project Coordinator for the Smart Surfaces Coalition. Her work supports the Cities for Smart Surfaces program through the Smart Surfaces Policy Tracker and Policy & Community Support working groups. 

Prior to joining the Smart Surfaces Coalition, Caroline served as a Conservation Coordinator for an urban land trust. She is also a native and edible landscape designer for community gardens and food forests in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and English from the University of Colorado and a Master's of Science in Landscape and Wellbeing from the University of Edinburgh.
