Anuj Gupta is a leader in the Indian diaspora community and a pioneering serial entrepreneur.
Anuj currently serves as the President and Chair of TiE London, the world’s largest non-profit organization for entrepreneurs. He serves as an ambassador for both The Conduit—a collaborative community focused on creating sustainable futures—and the India Global Forum—an agenda-setting platform for international businesses engaging with key stakeholders in India.
Anuj co-founded Prepay Point in New York, which revolutionized the retail sector with 13,000 outlets generating over $400 million in revenue before he successfully exited in 2008. Anuj recently founded Greenvan based on a conversational generative AI platform that organizes tens of thousands of service professionals to sharply cut transaction costs, eg.. enabling plumbers to book multiple adjacent jobs instead of driving across the city – dramatically cutting travel time, transactions costs and global warming and increasing earnings for service providers. The platform’s key features include real-time instant chat, booking creation and management, integrated payment solutions with a centralized WhatsApp chat facility for managing communications. He holds a leading-edge patent known as Knowledge Voice and has been featured on the cover of publications like Information Week Magazine USA.
Anuj was the Indian national squash champion in 1994. He is deeply committed to philanthropy and is the managing trustee of Sukarma Trust, which supports education, medical treatment, water provisioning, and wellness initiatives across India. He served as co-producer of the critically acclaimed film “Soul of Sand” and is committed to enhancing urban resilience and to protecting and strengthening vulnerable populations across India.
