Cost-benefit analysis intern

Matthew is in his 4th year at UCLA studying History and Public Affairs with a focus on urban planning and transformation. His experience combines a historical and quantitative focus, conducting archival research on the functions of the criminal justice system and quantitative housing research in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the City of Richmond, California. He will be attending a graduate program in Urban Planning this coming fall, with a focus on overcoming wealth and race inequality through reparative planning policy.

At Smart Surfaces Coalition, he will support the development of the Cost-Benefit Analysis tool through restructuring the Smart Surfaces cost database.
